I love baos so much. I also love Brooklyn so much. I can’t explain it.

I made my pilgrimage to Talde in early December with my good friend, Jen. We had a myriad of good things but the best was this lobster bao. Fluffy bao on the outside, super spicy and buttery lobster inside, zingy cilantro to add some freshness.
