My oven has been broken since the holidays but I finally got it fixed last week.
BRING ON THE FRESHLY BAKED COOKIES!
These are from a recipe on How Sweet Eats with a few modifications: (1) put in half the amount of white sugar, (2) used Maison de Monaco black currant and strawberry cream preserves from a PopSugar Must Have box, and (3) forgot the vanilla extract. Whoopsie on that last one.
They have been out of the oven for 15 minutes and I have eaten 3 already.
