Here’s the meal that went with the outfit from yesterday.
A nice, leisurely, shared meal at La Viga with some of Jane’s homies.
My favorite part were the drinks – beer, apple cider, tamarind, chili salt.
La Viga specializes in Mexican seafood dishes. We had seafood empanadas (the dough was just meh for me), braised pork with plantain rice (yum), spicy octopus (so spicy!), crab guacamole (so crabby!), salsa (tasted like spicy Chef Boyardee sauce), a medley of ceviche (solid), and churros for dessert (my other favorite next to the beer).
